North East Derbyshire District Council is working in Partnership with Derbyshire County Council Public Health and Bolsover District Council (The Commissioners) to improve the emotional health and wellbeing of children and young people in North East Derbyshire and Bolsover. A key priority for North East Derbyshire District Council is to enhance our residents’ quality of life, an element of which is to protect the most vulnerable within our communities by working with partners to improve well-being and mental health services across the District. Therefore North East Derbyshire District Council is issuing this Invitation to Tender in connection with the competitive procurement of an experienced and suitably qualified company to deliver the Emotional Health and Wellbeing of Children and Young People project.
