The future market will meet the specific needs:
- support for process control and production of services, support for change management and maintenance of the ITIL process,
- support for piloting tooling applications (Ulysse - reporting and decision support tool, POGS - Operational Pilot for Service Management ...),
- support for the management of material supply and distribution (workstations).
2 lots are envisaged:
- lot A - single-beneficiary: service center (billing in OU) including the recurring needs of the production of services,
- lot B - multi-recipients: Call for services with subsequent flat rate.
Lot A: single-award winner Service Center, billing in OU including the recurring needs of the production of the services.
"Supply and distribution management": For PC and small equipment (hubs, helmets,). Budget forecasting, procurement role and administration of the office catalog.
"ITIL process management support": intervene in the drafting and creation of processes (organizational support and tooling), Make live the processes (follow-up of change requests) put into production, maintain a reference system, contribute to the recovery and maintenance in operation of the services.
Lot B - multi-recipients: call for services with subsequent forfaiting
"Managers' control support": mission to control and monitor the outsourcer's services according to the different service groups.
"WIZMI Tooling" mission to help develop the WIZMI application and integrate the service.
