Goal: Conversion of the Park School from a former secondary school to an inclusive, full-time, 3.5-speed primary school.
The planned construction project consists of three phases:
1. New construction of cluster and intermediate wing
2. Renovation of the sports hall, canteen and outbuildings
3. Refurbishment of the main building
In the run-up to the measure, the extension from 1963 and the intermediate building from 1916, which was formerly located on the construction site, were dismantled, and interim areas were created for school operations. During the construction project, the school will remain in operation (partly in an interim building).
The new buildings, clusters and intermediate wings, will be given a bituminous
Warm roof structure with slope insulation and circumferential attics.
The floor slabs are sealed with bituminous sealing.
On the roof of the existing canteen building, in connection with the
New buildings necessary, minor adaptation work on the attics took place.
Scaffolding will be erected on site at the cluster building and at the intermediate wing for
roofing, metal construction and sun protection work (windows),
Facade work as double-shell plastered clinker masonry.
The main building, the sports hall wing and the canteen will not be
scaffolded.
