The subject of the contract is "Delivery of orthopedic implants used in traumatology". As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure successive delivery of products specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price Form.
The Contractor shall be obliged to lend to the Contracting Authority an electrocoagulation device / generator (vaporizer) / instruments / system for reaming / rinsing the intramedullary canal, create an implant deposit - in accordance with the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Price Form and on the terms set out in the draft contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
Package No. 1As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall ensure the successive delivery of the products specified in the Price Form. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with complete instruments enabling precise placement of implants for the duration of the contract, as part of the remuneration.
