The work consists mainly of building and housing preparation of Veerplein 1 and Veerplein 2, with activities such as:

— Break up existing asphalt road,

— Earthwork (including digging pond),

— Building road,

— Supply and construction of sewerage,

— Laying main access roads.

Subproject 1 Building preparation Veerplein 1

Digging waterways and pond 40,000 m3, break up approximately 2,800 m2 old asphalt road, install 19,000 m2 rubble foundation, install 2,000 m2 of stelcon slabs construction road, install 2,000 tons of asphalt, install sewerage, pumping station and pressure pipe to RWZI.

Sub-project 2 Creation of Veerplein 1

Remove stelcon slabs construction road, asphalt, apply elements pavement, apply street furniture, install house connections, apply planting.

Subproject 3 Building preparation Veerplein 2

Digging waterways and pond 40,000 m3, supply and apply sewerage system 4.000 m2 of stelconslabs construction road.

Sub-project 4 Living room making Veerplein 2

Remove stelcon slabs construction road, asphalt, apply elements pavement, apply street furniture, install house connections, apply planting.

Subproject 5 Construction of two squares

It is a square around a multifunctional building and a square around the castle. Apply elements hardening, apply street furniture, apply planting.
