Purpose of the tender

The conclusion of an agreement between the municipality of Apeldoorn, cooperation partners and an occupational health and safety service for the performance of occupational health and safety services with effect from 1 May 2024 for the duration of two years for the municipality of Apeldoorn and its cooperation partners. Subsequently, there is an option for annual tacit renewal with a maximum contract duration of eight years, taking into account a notice period of nine months.

We have included the possibility to extend up to a maximum contract duration of eight years because we think it is very important to develop a good absenteeism policy together with the occupational health and safety service provider over a long period of time.

It is a European procedure for social and other specific services in the form of a public tender under a lightened regime.
