The contract has as its object the assignment of the organization, implementation and management of the educational service of pre-hours and post-school hours, aimed at pupils of kindergartens and primary schools only. This service must be carried out at some of the state and municipal kindergarten school complexes and at state primary schools located in the municipal area and consists in the supervision of girls and boys and in carrying out educational, recreational, animation, laboratory activities in favor of minors in the period before the start time of the school and after the end of the educational activities.
