Operational support in the area of SAP systems and SAP Basis consulting
The contractor is expected to:
o Establishing/maintaining the operational readiness of the SAP system landscape and the underlying databases, scheduled for 01.12.2023 according to the enclosed task matrix,
o Creation and maintenance of an operational management concept,
o Import of support packages including SAP kernel and database upgrades,
o Import of changes in coordination with change management,
o System, capacity, performance and resource monitoring and optimization including monthly reporting,
o 24/7 monitoring of the SAP systems as well as the underlying databases of the client, including sending e-mails to the client 1 in the event of defined alerts, as well as corresponding reporting,
o Access of the client to the ticket system of the contractor
o Derivation of recommendations for action (at least quarterly) from the early watch reports and implementation of the corresponding measures.
