The RSA is seeking to establish a third generation contract for the scheduling, coordination and delivery of Road Safety education events on its behalf using its "Road Safety Education Resources" comprising:

(i) the RSA’s interactive shuttle trailer unit – a mobile interactive unit containing a number of road safety interactive games, car, bicycle and motorbike simulators and virtual reality simulators;

(ii) the RSA’s primary school educational resource “StreetSmart” – a road safety intervention designed to bring road safety to life in a fun way for young school children via role-play using streetscape mats and props; and

(iii) the RSA learning portal - a virtual learning hub where students are fully immersed in the vital road safety messaging that they need to learn;

The contract will be for 3 years initially, with options to extend to a maximum of 9 years. For more information please refer to the RFT documents attached to this notice.

3.2.1 The scope of the Contract comprises:

(i) delivery of events onsite and/or online/virtually using the Road Safety Education Resources;

(ii) the provision and ongoing management of appropriately qualified and trained personnel to deliver the events on behalf of the RSA (“Educators”);

(iii) managing event booking and scheduling for each of the Road Safety Educations Resources and the Rollover Simulator;

(iv) coordination with multiple RSA contractors to ensure smooth running of events;

(v) preparation and supply of digital promotional content in respect of the Road Safety Education Resources;

(vi) maintenance and upkeep of Road Safety Education Resource equipment;

(vii) ongoing monitoring, development and enhancement of the Road Safety Education Resources in partnership with the RSA;

(viii) protecting the brand and reputation of the RSA;

(ix) data recording, processing and reporting;

(x) management of health and safety;

(xi) Contract Management.
