The purpose of this contract is to entrust an economic operator with the performance of services relating to the sorting of recyclable household packaging collected in the Pays d'Ancenis for the needs of the Community of communes of the Pays d'Ancenis (COMPA)

The services covered by this contract relate to all of the following services related to recyclable waste collected in the territory of COMPA: reception, sorting, packaging, loading of sorted materials into buyers' vehicles for recovery and disposal of refusal of sorting to the community treatment sector.

The contract is concluded for a minimum amount of 720,000 EUR HT and a maximum amount of 1,440,000 EUR HT over the initial contract period of two years, then for a minimum of 60,000 EUR HT and a maximum amount of 120,000 EUR HT for each renewable period, ie for a minimum amount of EUR 1,080,000 HT and a maximum amount of EUR 2,160,000 HT over the total duration of the contract.
