Construction of a new nursery on the approx. 3,000 m2 large area shown in B Plan 2/90 for 80 hoard and 50 kita seats. The contractor is to carry out the services as a general planner for architecture, specialist planning HLSE, structural design and outdoor facilities, as well as related expert reports.

The client attaches particular importance to sustainable and energy-efficient execution.

The planning is scheduled to start in October 2021. Start of construction autumn 2022.

For the building, the complete architectural and engineering services are commissioned in the specifications of buildings, equipment, outdoor facilities, structural design and technical equipment, including all services for the special specialists fire, heat and sound insulation, SiGeKo and GEG detection. In addition, the general planner will be assigned a lifecycle analysis.

The general planner is not entrusted with the preparation of a ground assessment, surveying services, test statics, fire safety testing, GEG testing and expert acceptance of ventilation, fire detection and electrical systems.

The commissioning is carried out once and in stages as follows: power recall for the service phases 1- 4, 5- 7 and 8-9.

In terms of climate and environmental protection, the municipality strives for ecological sustainability in building projects. For this reason, a variant comparison based on the full life cycle of the building (i.e. in planning, construction, operation, maintenance and disposal) should be carried out and submitted to the municipal council for preliminary planning as part of the variant decision. With the request for quotations, the client will submit a corresponding evaluation matrix and special task for this purpose.

When planning the buildings, a climate-neutral energy and heat consumption balance, the minimisation of land use and climate-friendly solutions for in- and dissipated transport must be taken into account as other aspects of environmental sustainability.
