The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities (to the points of consumption) of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami S.A. in Bielsko-Biała for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) together with executive acts.
The description of the object of the order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
Estimated electricity demand in the period from 1 January 2023
until 31 December 2023 shall be:
1) Tariff C12a – 9 297 kWh;
2) Tariff B23 – 3 529 771 kWh.

The condition for the start of deliveries is to effectively carry out the seller change procedure, if necessary.
The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Contracting Authority prior to the signing of the contract that he has an existing contract with the local Operator of the Distribution System TAURON Distribution S.A., on the basis of which the sale of electricity can be carried out through the distribution network of this DSO to the objects of the Ordering Party indicated in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
The Contracting Authority declares that, as set out in Annexes 1 to SWZ, the estimated consumption of electricity represents only an approximate quantity which may change during the implementation of the contract.
The Ordering Party has concluded a contract for the sale of electricity generated in a micro-installation with TAURON Sprzedaż Sp. z o.o. The generated electricity will be introduced into the network of TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. from the Renewable Energy Source Installation – a 10 kW photovoltaic microinstallation located in Bielsko-Biała at 1 Straconki Street.
The Ordering Party has separate distribution agreements for both collection points.
The specific scope of the rights and obligations of the Contractor shall be governed by the Model Agreement (Annex 2 to SWZ).
