The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the following companies: Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. in the period from 01.01.2023 to 30.06.2023

The contracts are divided into two parts:

• electricity supply from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023, i.e. 90 days

• electricity supply from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023, i.e. 91 days

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Following Companies: Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.03.2023.

The total estimated volume of electricity is 14 350 MWh, including:

• Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. approximately 13 660 MWh, for facilities administered by District No. 1 in Będzin, District No. 2 in Katowice, District No. 3 in Bytom, District No. 4 in Gliwice and ZUR in Chorzów (constituting organizational units of the same ordering party)

• PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. approximately 690 MWh.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Following Companies: Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. and PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. in the period from 01.04.2023 to 30.06.2023.

The total estimated volume of electricity is 10 510 MWh, including:

• Tramwaje Śląskie S.A. approximately 10,000 MWh, for facilities administered by District No. 1 in Będzin, District No. 2 in Katowice, District No. 3 in Bytom, District No. 4 in Gliwice and ZUR in Chorzów (constituting organizational units of the same ordering party)

• PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. approximately 510 MWh.
