Mono-awarding framework agreement for purchase orders (2020-2024). Consultation launched by a group of orders made up of the following members:

- commune of Fondettes, Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire, Tours, La Riche, Saint-Avertin, Joué-lès-Tours, and the mobility union. Coordinator of orders grouping: Tours Métropole Val de Loire. The work concerned (excluding ex-departmental 2 × 2 lanes) falling under the following (non-cumulative) cases:

A) for any type of road maintenance or renovation work (road maintenance or renovation: resumption of the road structure (foundation, base and wearing course, upgrading to PRM standards, signage, minor works related to resumption of pavement);

B) for requalification, rehabilitation or creation of roads for an amount less than or equal to 50,000 EUR HT. Form of market: with purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Allocation of a framework agreement for each lot.

North Loire: estimate of 2,000,000 EUR HT per year.

Between Loire and Cher: estimate of 1,500,000 EUR HT per year.

Sud Cher: estimate of 3,000,000 EUR excl. Tax per year.
