The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of shelters of reserve players, judges and stretchers together with platforms and armchairs (hereinafter referred to as: "equipment"), in the Florian Krygier Municipal Stadium in Szczecin, in accordance with applicable regulations and rules of technical knowledge.

2. A detailed description and quantity of equipment being the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 5 entitled "Description of the subject of the contract" (OPZ).

3. The presented quality and technical parameters are the minimum guidelines for the subject of the contract, and the possible indicated origin of the products or the names of the producers have

to approximate the requirements. The technical design of the sheds, constituting Annex 5 to swz – OPZ is for illustrative purposes only. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to make its own executive design of shelters with parameters and functionalities corresponding to the parameters and functionalities described in the OPZ. Thus, the Ordering Party allows changes in design solutions in relation to solutions resulting from OPZ, provided that the Designer and the Ordering Party accept the solutions proposed by the Contractor are not inferior in terms of quality, safety, durability and functionality to the solutions provided for in the OPZ.

4. Before the delivery and installation of equipment, the proposed visual, technical and material solutions should be accepted by submitting material applications for approval by the Ordering Party. Material applications must describe the proposed solution along with quality documents (certificates, quality declarations, etc.) confirming compliance with the minimum contractual requirements. Colors to be agreed at the stage of submitting documents for approval.

5. Built-in elements must be brand new, must have no traces of use, must be intended for professional use and be resistant to weather conditions.
