The subject of the contract is the provision of services as part of the task "Effective City Lighting in Czechowice-Dziedzice"
The contract includes in the municipality of Czechowice - Dziedzice:
• replacement of 715 street fittings for street fittings in LED technology;
• adding 35 lighting fittings together with outriggers on existing lighting poles;
• boom replacement and assembly together with accompanying equipment - 138 pieces;
• painting existing booms under the color of the LED fixture;
• installation of a lighting control system that will allow automatic change of lighting parameters, adapting them to current requirements resulting from changing road situations. It is also a solution informing the lighting manager about lighting work;
• carrying out tests and measurements for the entire scope of the subject of the contract, including luminance measurements for a minimum of 15 lighting modules.
Other work necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, including but not limited to:
• developing a traffic organization design for the duration of installation work, signage, insurance and securing the area taken over during assembly, organization of facilities, organization of access and access to the property during installation works, as-built inventory with changes during installation works, current export of materials useless;
• repair works on the technical infrastructure whose technical condition has deteriorated as a result of assembly works, including replacement works.
The project provides for the use of innovative solutions in the field of energy management - street lighting control will be installed. This will allow for more rational lighting management by optimizing the work of luminaires in terms of working time and electricity consumption. Modernized lighting fixtures will be adapted to the lighting management system with power supplies that can dim or brighten fixtures from 0% to 100% of the rated value. The luminaires will be made of pressure aluminum so that their bodies can dissipate heat and do not cause the diode to overheat. Modular luminaires allow the power supply or diode to be replaced without having to replace the entire luminaire.
Ecological aspect
The ecological nature of the order has been envisaged by installing luminaires in LED technology, which are completely environmentally friendly and do not emit noise. Replacing lighting and the use of solutions to control street lighting will result in savings in the form of reducing electricity demand, which directly translates into a reduction in CO2 emissions.
The subject of the contract is the modernization of existing lighting fittings for modern lighting fittings in LED technology that meet the PN-EN 60598-1, PN-EN 60598-2-3 standard, and performing live works on the existing distribution network.
The contractor is required to mark the booms (UV-resistant band with a mini width of 10 cm in the color specified by the customer) and luminaires (sticker with the information that the project has been carried out with EU funds and the GCZ reference number, a template must be submitted for approval) in accordance with the recommendations of the customer and conditions issued by TDS. The contractor's responsibilities include the performance and assembly of 2 information and commemorative boards with a minimum size of 80x120 cm, which will be located in selected locations within the city, agreed by the contracting party, information and commemorative boards should be made in accordance with the requirements of the applicant's and beneficiary's cohesion policy programs manual 2014-2020 in the field of information and promotion.
The power of the entire system after modernization cannot exceed 42 kW. The Employer expects an energy saving of 277.56 MWh.
