This contract is aimed at stipulating a framework contract for the identification of a System Operator subject who is responsible for managing the START system owned by the Region of Tuscany, ensuring its functioning and implementing the software developments that are deemed necessary. The Operator must guarantee full third party status towards the companies participating in the tender procedures. The parties referred to in chapter 6 of the regulatory and special specifications may adhere to the framework contract.

The contract consists of the management, ordinary and corrective maintenance of the START system and user support, on-site training and support, software developments through development maintenance and software developments through full body planning
