BNNVARA has been using the staff and salary services of its current supplier, ADP for many years. Work is done with the HR System Perman.
The current supplier takes care of the delivery of the HR system for BNNVARA, with which (on the main lines):
— Expert users can carry out their work
This tender should lead to a new contract with one salary service tenderer and the user rights for an E-HRM system. The Tenderer does not need to be the owner of the E-HRM system but may supply it through subcontractors. If the stated requirements and/or wishes and/or ambitions, now or in the future, give rise to this, multiple E-HRM systems may be offered in which the Subscriber acts as a 'director'.

**Outside scope**
BNNVARA now uses the Recruitee Recruitment and Selection Tool. The functionalities for Recruitment and Selection are covered and therefore this part falls outside the scope of this tender.
The current method of submitting variable change (declarations) is processed via the financial system. This is and will remain the desired situation at BNNVARA. And is outside the scope of this tender.
