1. Part 1 – Delivery with unloading of containers for municipal waste. 2. Part 2 – Delivery with unloading of 15 pcs. sets for the separate collection of municipal waste, consisting of five (5) separate containers (bins) each set intended for individual fractions of municipal waste such as: glass, paper, plastics and metals, mixed waste (residual waste) and bio-waste. 3. Part 3 – Delivery and installation of new, complete steel containers (covers) for waste electrical and electronic equipment with an internal insert constituting a standard two-wheeled waste container with a capacity of 120 l made of plastic.
1. Part 1 – Delivery with unloading of containers for municipal waste.The delivery includes unloading, place of delivery: 38-200 Jasło, Żniwna 11 1.1.1 CONTAINERS FOR MUNICIPAL WASTE – "BIO" FRACTION: a) number of containers 4 000 pcs.; (b) a container capacity of 120 litres; (c) brand new, unused, lidd containers intended for the collection of municipal waste of the bio fraction; (d) injection moulded high-density low-pressure polyethylene; (e) containers with high mechanical strength, resistant to chemicals, UV radiation and adverse weather conditions, including low temperatures; (f) equipped with transport and loading handles; (g) a flat cover, equipped with a handle for lifting (opening); (h) ventilation openings at the top of the body; (i) on the lid embossed 'DO NOT THROW HOT ASH' or an equivalent graphic symbol; (j) reinforcing embossing on the walls of the container body; (k) suitable for the permanent installation of RFID identification devices (chips) located in the comb of the container; (l) suitable for mechanical emptying by standard discharge devices with rear lifting boom or comb strip; (m) two-wheel running gear; (n) equipped with silent wheels with a diameter of 200 mm, mounted on a steel axle; (o) brown: according to the RAL 8024, 8025 or 8011 palette, uniform throughout the container, or similar; (p) made in accordance with EN-840 (mark of conformity embossed on the container); q) have the certificate of the Polish Institute of Hygiene and the CE quality mark; (r) have a quality certificate RAL GZ 951/1 or TÜV SÜD or equivalent (mark embossed on the container); s) the inscription "City of Jasło" and the name of the fraction embossed by the method of thermoprinting (size, color and place to be agreed with the Ordering Party).
Part 2 – Delivery with unloading of 15 pcs. sets for separate collection of municipal waste(a) predominant colour of the container: black (graphite, anthracite); (b) a slot panel and green graphics for collected glass waste; (c) a container fitted with an internal cartridge (steel or plastic); d) cartridge capacity: 100 - 120 liters; (e) four slot openings (on each side); (f) a container secured by: a key lock or other equivalent solution; (g) the height of the container not exceeding 120 cm; (h) the width and depth of the container not exceeding 60 cm (cross-section of the square basket); (i) made of flame retardant, high-density recyclable plastic; (j) resistant to weather conditions, in particular high and low temperatures and UV radiation; (k) resistant to mechanical damage; l) attached to the ground by screwing to a concrete plinth; (m) number of containers: 15 pcs.
Part 3 – Delivery and assembly of new, complete steel containers (covers)a) Number of containers (covers) 82 pcs.; b) Number of internal containers 82 pcs.; (c) an internal container capacity of 120 litres; (d) the colour of the container (cover) anthracite, graphite or similar; (e) a container (cover) made of galvanized and painted sheet; f) sheet thickness: min. 1.25 mm; g) the height of the container (cover) approx. 110 cm it is allowed to change the parameters +/- 20%; h) container width approx. 65 cm (covers) it is allowed to change the parameters +/- 10%; i) container depth approx. 72 cm (cover) it is allowed to change the parameters +/- 10%; j) sticker with the name "City of Jasło" and the name of the waste fraction (size, color and place to be agreed with the Ordering Party); (k) a container (guard) at the front equipped with an outward-opening door to enable the inner container of 120 l to be pulled out; (l) the door referred to in point (k) is protected against opening by a lock preventing unauthorised persons from accessing the waste; (m) a container (cover) from above equipped with a slot; (n) the slot referred to in point (m) shall be so constructed as to prevent the equipment thrown inside the container from being pulled out; (o) the inner cartridge of the container in the form of a standard two-wheel waste container with a capacity of 120 l.
