The present assignment concerns the first phase of the restoration of the Belfry Tower and the Cloth Halls in Ypres.

The specifications include the restoration of the outer paraments and the covering of the tower and the spire of the Belfry tower, in particular:

- facade cleaning and repairs, jointing,

- restoration of natural stone, ironwork, cornices, wooden joinery for windows, doors and shutters and fittings and stained glass,

- stability works: demolition and renewal of concrete slabs,

- disassembly and reconstruction of the Arkel towers,

- roof and tower works: dismantling spire and reconstruction,
