General information about the object Karlshamnenergi AB is a local municipally owned energy company owned by Stadsvapnet AB, which is the parent company in Karlshamn municipality's company group. Operations are conducted in four different areas of activity: Heating, Electricity Grid, Broadband and Water and Sewerage. The object of conversion and extension of the existing building broadly includes: - New construction of the dining room and office space - Redevelopment of offices, cladding, warehouses and workshops .

Extension area (BTA): Ground floor approx: 1050 sqm Upper floor approx: 1200 sqm Redevelopment area: Ground floor approx: 800 sqm Upper floor: 300 sqm The contract is divided into two parts where works described in AFC.44 must be completed first. The client will take this part into use before the contract in its entirety is completed. Prior to commissioning, a pre-inspection in accordance with AFC.712 will be carried out by the first part.
