the purpose of the contract is the supply of national or international rail and air transport tickets, the short-term rental of passenger vehicles and the performance of associated services in the context of the organization of missions and business trips of CNC agents and employees. The amount of expenses including tickets, rental and accommodation as well as commission costs is estimated at 1,540,000 euro(s) over 4 years, excluding price changes

The contract aims to manage all business travel for CNC agents and employees in France and abroad in the most centralized way possible. In this context, the holder is expected to:- On the one hand, the provision of an online travel reservation system (called "Online") accessible to CNC agents as well as assistance in the use of the reservation tool.- On the other hand, the support of reservations relating to the transport and accommodation of agents including in particular:- rail and air transport;- accommodation;- short-term tourist vehicle rental. The holder must also provide the CNC with a dedicated team of travel agents reachable by email and telephone, capable of providing travel agency services in parallel with the online booking tool (known as "Offline")
