Delivery, implementation and development of ICT systems and infrastructure for SPZOZ - ZOL Leśna Ustroń in Tuczno, WOMP in Koszalin, Willa Fortuna in Kołobrzeg as part of the project entitled West Pomeranian e-Health. Contract conducted divided into three lots:

1) Lot No. 1 – delivery, implementation and development of ICT systems and infrastructure for the Care and Treatment Facility of the Independent Public Health Care Center "Leśna Ustroń" in Tuczno;

2) Lot No. 2 – delivery, implementation and development of ICT systems and infrastructure for the Provincial Center of Occupational Medicine in Koszalin;

3) Lot No. 3 – delivery, implementation and development of ICT systems and infrastructure for the Willa Fortuna s. p. z. o. z. z. health resort, with its registered office in Kołobrzeg.

The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and development of ICT systems and infrastructure for the Willa Fortuna s. p. z. o. z. z. health resort for the Health Resort Hospital based in Kołobrzeg as part of the West Pomeranian e-Health project. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annexes No. 9c to the SWZ for Lot No. 3.
