The subject of the contract is the Insurance of property and other interests of the Inowrocław District together with organizational units. The subject of the contract was divided into the following two parts:

Part I: Property and civil liability insurance of the Inowrocław District together with organizational units.

Part II: Insurance of motor vehicles of the Inowrocław District together with organizational units.

Part I: Property and civil liability insurance of the Inowrocław District together with organizational units. The insurance coverage includes:

1) property insurance against all risks,

2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

3) Liability insurance.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the annexes to the tender specifications.

Part II: Insurance of motor vehicles of the Inowrocław District together with organizational units. The insurance coverage includes:

1) compulsory liability insurance of motor vehicle holders,

2) insurance of the liability of holders of motor vehicles for damages arising from the movement of vehicles within the Green Card System and non-members of the European Union (the so-called Green Card insurance — non-contributory insurance),

3) insurance of vehicles against damage and loss of auto casco,

4) insurance of accidents of the driver and passengers,

5) extended, paid assistance insurance,

6) mini assistance insurance (non-contributory insurance, if the contractor has one).
