The University Hospital of North Norway, (hereafter called UNN), will, in cooperation with Sykehusbygg HF, (hereafter called SB), undertake the planning (from and including the preliminary project) and the later construction of the project New UNN Narvik, (hereafter called NUN), in Furumoen in Narvik.

This procurement is being made by the builder in cooperation with SB.

The assignment is the further development of a concept phase through a preliminary project (hereafter called ”The Preliminary Project Phase”) and then construction (hereafter called “The Execution Phase”) of a new building for UNN Narvik, which will allow UNN to fulfil national targets for the development and implementation of the specialist health services in its area. The project will provide the organisation with premises that ensure good and socio-economically efficient treatment. The project is to enable continual development of the offer to patients and interaction with other parts of the health service. The project is to be constructed on a new site in Furumoen in Narvik.
