The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's facilities and the organizational units indicated in the description of the subject of the contract, constituting No. 1a and No. 1b.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Contracting Authority and the organizational units indicated in the detailed description of the subject of the contract, as set out in Annex 1a and No 1b.

2. The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting Annex No 2 to the draft agreement constituting Annex No 6 to the SWZ, in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated operator of the distribution system to implement the contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent operator of the distribution system in matters relating to the conclusion of the distribution services contract.
3. If the Contractor fails to complete the formalities and effectively fails to terminate the electricity sales contracts with previous Contractors and does not provide on the Information Exchange Platform (PWI) and does not receive positive verification and this will cause the accrual of reserve electricity and invoices will be charged by two sellers, this reimbursement for the purchase of electricity from the reserve seller will represent the difference between the cost of energy purchased from the reserve seller and the energy that would be purchased under a sales contract concluded with the selected Contractor.
