THE SUPPLY OF SINGLE-USE EQUIPMENT FOR INVASIVE CARDIOLOGY FOR A MULTI-SPECIALTY HOSPITAL IM DR. LUDWIKA MUDLARKA IN INOWROCŁAW

1) The subject of the order is the delivery of equipment to invasive cardiology (Equipment is designed for coronary artery procedures) for the Multispecialist Hospital in Inowrocław.

2) The duration of the order specified for 12 months may be extended by the Contracting Authority in the event that the Ordering Party has not used the quantity of the assortment specified by the subject of the contract.

3) Deadline of the current order — up to a maximum of 72 hours. Urgent orders to implement max. in 48 hours.

4) The subject of the contract has been divided into 45 parts

5) Place of execution of the contract: Dr. Ludwik Błażek Multispecialist Hospital, Poznańska 97, 88-100 Inowrocław.
