Longleif SeniorenWohnen Old Tax Office - VE 18 screed works

The services included in this tender include the following work in the new and old building of the construction project.

new building:

- installation of leveling layer, “dry” as pearlite pour, d=10mm (approx. 3400 m²)

- Installation of impact sound insulation (approx. 1700 m²) and heat/compensation insulation (approx. 1800 m²)

- Installation of floating cement screed as heating screed (approx. 1500 m²) with different layer thicknesses.

- Installation of floating cement screed (approx. 200 m²) with different layer thicknesses.

Old house:

- installation of leveling layer, “dry” as pearlite pour, d=10mm (approx. 400 m²)

- Installation of impact sound insulation (approx. 200 m²) and heat/compensation insulation (approx. 120 m²)

- Installation of floating cement screed (approx. 200 m²) with different layer thicknesses.

The installation of the building is carried out on site, right up to the roofing protection.

However, all transport and lifting operations must be provided by the AN himself, without any separate remuneration being paid.

There is little storage space on the building plot. If temporary storage conditions are required for the work, the client may provide (unsecured) areas within 1 km. This must be taken into account and inquire in good time in advance with the property monitoring.

It is assumed that the contractor can perform all services himself and involves the necessary subcontractors or enters into a working group.
