The contracting authority needs to enter into a framework agreement with one provider for the delivery of TV signals. For the older buildings, the TV signals are distributed internally in the building via a coaxial cables. For the newer and later renovated buildings the TV signals are distributed via IP. Some of the buildings distribute signals via coax cables and IP.

There are currently approx. 650 TVs that receive signals via IP-TV, and approx. 1 060 TVs that receive coax cable signals.
