Carpentry, window sills

The Hanover Region is planning to build a new administration building on an area currently used as a parking lot on Akazienstraße.

The building will be constructed with four full storeys in solid construction as a connecting structure between two existing buildings.

The new building volume amounts to approx. 9,900 m³ BRI

The scope of the tendered services is the execution of the window sills:

• Manufacture, delivery and installation of around 200 linear metres. Window sills with real wood oak veneer on the top (depth approx. 0.35 m)

Parts of the adjacent existing buildings will also be gutted and renovated. The renovation volume amounts to approx. 4,300 m³ BRI

The scope of the tendered services here is the restoration of sanitary areas:

• Production, delivery and installation of around 190 window sills with real wood oak veneer on the top (dimensions approx. 0.4m x 2.0m)

The work will take place during ongoing office operations in the adjacent parts of the building.
