The market consists in the renewal of the company's insurance portfolio. This contract is a service contract within the meaning of category 6 of Annex II to the Law of 15 June 2006 on public contracts, works, supply and service contracts. The technical requirements, which must be met by the services, are set out in point B of Part Two of the special product specifications. By its tender, the successful tenderer undertakes to provide the services in accordance with these requirements.
