At the TUM site Freising-Weihenstephan, we manage the entire tree population as building management

of the Technical University of Munich.

TUM is spread over the three main locations Munich, Garching and Freising. In addition, we manage five

agricultural research stations and several secondary locations in southern Bavaria.

As a real estate management office, we are responsible for the traffic safety of the

Trees.

In order to exclude tort liability in accordance with § 823 BGB in the event of damage and to ensure due diligence

, we keep a tree register at the Garching and Freising locations. The existing cadastre should:

are supplemented by the trees of the other TUM locations.

Furthermore, the already recorded tree population should be checked with due regularity.
