The subject of the award is the screed work as part of the renovation and reorganization of the castle perimeter development, 1st construction phase.

As part of the screed work, cement composite screed will be placed on the ground floor and in the buildings Talstraße 2-6 and Schlossplatz 6-7

A calcium sulphate screed installed on the insulation layer on the upper floor. On the 3rd floor at Schlossplatz 6-7, a dry screed is being placed in room 316 due to the laying of cables in the floor.

In the building Talstrasse 8-10 only the WC rooms EG-3. First floor new screed installed as cement bond or floating calcium sulphate screed
