Refurbishment of the Wingertsberg School in Lorsch:

Services of the technical equipment "Elektro" according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI 2013, Lph. 1-9, system groups 4, 5, 6 and 8, step-by-step call, initially service phases 1 and 2.

The renovation project is the Wingertsbergschule (elementary school) in Lorsch in the Bergstrasse district in southern Hesse. The property is close to the Lorsch Abbey, a World Heritage Site. The primary school is currently attended by around 500 children. As the number of students grows steadily, the school is expected to be seventy-seven in 2022. The arrangement of the existing buildings on the 9,500 m 2 However, the large site only allows limited expansion to seven trains, so that in October 2018 the school authorities, school authorities and the city of Lorsch decided to split the school into two separate locations.

The location on the "Wingertsberg", for which a specialist engineer for the HLS + ELT technical equipment and a specialist engineer for structural engineering are to be sought in this procedure, is to be planned in four stages.

The other location at the Werner-von-Siemens school is planned in 3 separate steps using an independent process.

The Wingertsberg School needs a fundamental structural and energetic renovation. The individual buildings were examined by the architects commissioned with the planning with regard to the cost-effectiveness of the renovation and replacement building and summarized in a comprehensive inventory analysis.

The listed old building (approx. 1,960 m 2 ) will be renovated accordingly. The components C (approx. 940 m 2 ) + D (approx. 930 m 2 ; Built in 1961) were renovated in 2002 and 2012. The cafeteria (approx. 345 m 2 ) was added in 2010 with care rooms. The components management (approx. 330 m 2 ) and pavilions (approx. 380 m 2 ; Year of construction 1961) are in a very poor structural condition and will be replaced by a new connection between the old building and component C due to their unfavorable location on the property. Including the installation of an elevator, this could guarantee the accessibility of the entire building. The sports hall (approx. 1,470 m 2 ; Year of construction 2012) and the classroom container (approx. 30 m 2 ; Year of construction 2018) were built as an interim measure for the growing number of students and are not affected by the renovation. The garages (approx. 35 m 2 ) are not part of the renovation.

Various pollutants were identified through a pollutant examination. An in-depth investigation to determine the quantities of pollutants and the development of a corresponding disposal concept is still being carried out.

State of the buildings electrical engineering:

The new cafeteria completed in 2011 and the new sports hall completed in 2012 are state of the art and equipped with the KNX system. It may be necessary to adapt the power supply and the new safety systems to be planned. The electrical installation in the listed old building as well as the components C + D, administration and pavilion are detached and must be completely renewed. The entire outdoor area and exterior lighting must also be replaced.

The school is supplied with electricity from the public power supply network of the distribution network operator GGEW AG Bensheim.

The new low-voltage main distribution including measurement is located in

Electrical engineering room in the basement of the listed old school building.

The school has been on the network provider of "GGEWnet" since 14.2.2019

Communication network connected.

The connection consists of 2 pieces. VoIP voice channels and 2 internet connections (administration + student network) with a bandwidth of 100,000 Kbit / s each (asymmetrical). Construction work is currently underway to establish a fiber optic connection. A supply of up to 1 Gbit / s is then possible at any time.

The new GFA is determined as part of the planning. KG 300 approx.6.75 million EUR gross, KG 400 approx.3.5 million EUR gross. Planning is expected to start in May / June 2020.
