1. The subject of the contract is the supply of 19 used, low-floor city buses of one brand with conventional drive and a length of 18 m with the right of option.

2. A used bus shall be considered to be a technically functional vehicle of the year of manufacture 2016 or younger, with a mileage not exceeding 700 000 km.

3. The buses offered must be of one brand, identical in the type concerned, in particular in terms of construction, technical parameters and completion and equipment.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annexes 4 – 6 to the SWZ, as well as in Annex 7 constituting the Model Agreement. On the basis of Annex 2 to the SWZ completed by the Contractor (Offer Form), attachments to the contract concluded with the Contractor will be prepared, whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous (the detailed scope of equipment of the offered buses will be agreed with the Contractor before signing the contract).
