Office Supplies and Stationery Market

The purpose of the contract is to purchase office supplies and stationery. The expected benefits are described in the CCTP common to all lots.

Contract duration: each consignment shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from 17.1.2022 or its date of notification if it is later renewable three times a year by tacit renewal. It may also be expressly renewed in advance in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP.

Optional tranche: not applicable.

Open tendering procedure.

Each lot is a single attribute framework agreement concluded without minimum and maximum. It will be executed as purchase orders are issued.

Maximum annual amount:

— Lot 1:30 000 EUR excluding VAT;

— Lot 2:50 000 EUR excluding VAT;

— Lot 3:7,000 EUR excl. VAT.

Lot 3 is a lot “Reserved” for companies adapted in accordance with Article L. 2113-12 of the CCP.

Office Supplies (Set Reserved)

Office supply. Reserved lot. Lot 3 is reserved for adapted enterprises referred to in Article L. 5213-13 of the Labour Code, to establishments and services of assistance through labour referred to in Article L. 344-2 of the Code on Social Action and Families and to equivalent structures where they employ a minimum proportion fixed by regulation of disabled workers because of the nature and severity of their deficiencies may not engage in professional activity under normal conditions.
