the purpose of this contract is the reuse and recovery of electrical and electronic equipment of the Ministry of the Armed Forces in metropolitan France

this contract concerns the reuse and recovery of electrical and electronic equipment (EEE) for the entire office automation park of the Ministry of the Armed Forces of unprotected classification level or restricted distribution.the treatment of potentially reusable electrical and electronic equipment takes place in three stages, listed below.3.1 Phase 1: collection of potentially reusable equipment This phase includes the collection of equipment via different channels and the collection of information necessary for the traceability of materials.3.2 Phase 2: management, laundering and audits of equipment This phase includes:- control upon receipt of the equipment at the holder;- identification and anonymization of the equipment;- bleaching of hard drives;- as well as auditing of equipment to determine which is reusable or recoverable.3.3 Phase 3: Reuse and recovery of equipment This phase includes:- the transfer of the equipment to the holder of this contract with a view to reusing the equipment in the form of resale to the second-hand market.- the valorization of non-reusable equipment
