NSB would like managed security services that can supply us with Security Operations Centre services, including related technologies and implementation support, including but not limited to:

— security monitoring solutions with capability of covering both information technology and operational technology (“regular” IT systems, vehicle systems, SCADA, ICS systems),

— incident response including coordination with other vendors and our main IT operations vendor’s security incident response team,

— threat intelligence and proactive threat identification and reporting.
