The subject of the contract in these proceedings are successive deliveries of light fuel oil to oil boiler rooms located at road border crossings in Medyka, Korczowa Budomierz and Krościenko qualitatively compliant with the Polish Standard according to PN-C-96024 (according to Table 2) and the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 1 December 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008) on quality requirements for sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions, in which heavy fuel oils will be used. Planned quantity: 502 000.00 thousand liters. Expected quantities for individual passages: DPG MEDYKA 147 000.00 liters, DPG KORCZOWA 124 000.00 liters, DPG BUDOMIERZ 140 000.00 liters, DPG KROŚCIENKO 91 000.00 liters.

One-time deliveries to boiler rooms at road border crossings in Medyka, Korczowa Budomierz and Krościenek will be carried out separately according to the requirements of individual crossings in quantities not more than:

Medyka — 30 thousand liters, Korczowa — 30 thousand liters, Budomierz — 20 thousand liters, Krościenko — 7 thousand liters.

The minimum amount of fuel oil delivered to each boiler house will be not less than 5 thousand liters.
