1.The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews Anielewicza 6, 00-157 Warsaw, in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. The scope of the contract includes the sale of electricity up to 2 energy consumption points. The expected electricity consumption over a period of 12 months is up to 2,900 MWh – tariff group B21.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and a description of the manner of performance of the contract is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter: "OPZ"), constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the sale of electricity, without the provision of distribution services, to: the building of the Museum of the History of Polish Jews located at 6 Anielewicza Street in Warsaw - in the amount of up to 2,900 MWh within a period of 12 months, expected start of delivery on January 1, 2024, completion of delivery on December 31, 2024. The Ordering Party is responsible for the effective change of the seller.

Expected electricity consumption within 12 months to the facility: Museum of the History of Polish Jews, 6 Anielewicza Street, 00-157 Warsaw. Premises number according to the OSD system - 3000960898. Tariff - B21. Planned electricity consumption for 12 months (MWh) - up to 2,900.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

1. The Agreement shall be performed from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 or until the amount constituting the maximum remuneration of the Contractor is exhausted, whichever occurs first. The commencement of the provision of electricity supply will take place not earlier than after the effective termination of the agreement, on the basis of which the Ordering Party has purchased electricity so far, after meeting all conditions for connection to the DSO network, entering into force of the agreement for the provision of energy distribution services and after the effective implementation of the process of changing the seller at the DSO.

2. The contracting authority shall require a security deposit. The Contractor is obliged to pay a deposit in the amount of: PLN 44,000.00.

3.The contracting authority shall require the contractor whose bid is considered the most advantageous to lodge a performance bond in accordance with Article 449 of the Public Procurement Law. The amount of the performance bond shall be set at 5% of the gross price of the offer.
