For each advertised lot (a total of 5 lots), the KRZN intends to conclude a framework agreement (framework agreement) with one company (contractor) in accordance with § 21 para. 3 VgV and a basic term of 12 (twelve) months, each with the option unilaterally existing in favour of the KRZN of a maximum three-time one-year contract extension (total term each/per lot maximum 4 (four) years), for the delivery of IT consumables of the respective Manufacturer, in the exact toner and ink for the existing printers, according to the specifications presented in the price sheets on the basis of an EVB-IT purchase contract to be concluded per lot as a framework agreement with one contractor (short version) and the applicable supplementary contract conditions for the purchase of hardware (EVB-IT Kauf-AGB), version 2.0 of 17.03.2016.
