The subject of this contract is: Delivery of IT equipment and software along with installation and configuration as part of the project "Digital administration – new e-services for the residents of Braniewo" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) provides: Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.

The subject of this contract is: Delivery of IT equipment and software along with installation and configuration as part of the project "Digital administration – new e-services for the residents of Braniewo" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) provides: Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party, no later than 3 working days before the deadline for the performance of the subject of the contract, with the following documents: instructions, instructional materials, certificates, declarations, attestations, licenses.

4. The Contractor shall include in a prominent place in the IT system included in the subject of the contract information on the co-financing of the project from the ERDF in accordance with the Manual of the Applicant and Beneficiary of the Cohesion Policy Programmes 2014-2020 on promotion information.

5. The Contractor shall prepare and prepare all required documents, taking into account the guidelines of the Ordering Party.

6. The Contractor shall provide experienced
