To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime of the council’s four Multi Storey Car Parks (MSCP) this will be inthe form of a structured daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cleaning regime, including to the internal and externalglazing and the delivery of a rapid reactive service to ad hoc unplanned cleaning tasks.

Contract is for an initial period of 3 years, with the option to extend.

Grosvenor MSCP 810 Spaces - Operates 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. Monday – Wednesday; 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.; Thursday and Friday; 7.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.; Saturday and 10.00 a.m. –5.30 p.m. Sunday.
