The contract, divided into 35 lots, is for the purchase of small laboratory supplies for the Reims University Hospital. The services also concern other sites within the framework of a joint multi-site laboratory, namely the Epernay Hospital and the Châlons-En-Champagne Hospital. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of Art. R.2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP), which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions set out in art. R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the CCP. The contract shall be concluded with a single economic operator. The deal is done, with a minimum and a maximum. For each establishment, the minimums for each period of the contract, expressed in quantity, are set out in the summary statement of requirements annexed to the CCTP (Annex 1), which is freely available on the website: https://www.marches-publics.gouv.fr. The maximums, for each period of the contract, may not exceed 4 times these minimums
