The Assignment consists of the following accountancy services that must be performed separately for both foundations:

1. audit of the annual accounts, including interim audit, auditor's report and report of findings on the consolidated annual accounts of Het Assink lyceum and Staring College;

2. control, assurance reports and report of findings on the funding data of two BRIN numbers VO;

3. checking any additional funding / subsidies for which or not specific spending instructions or regulations have been issued;

4. auditor's report for the Supervisory Board and the Board;

5. management letter for the benefit of the Supervisory Board and the Board;

6. providing timely information about new developments in the above areas and other relevant topics;

7. solicited and unsolicited advice on topics that are important to Het Assink lyceum and Staring College (natural advisory function).
