Description:
BAV 83149, Kindergarten Schwandenwies, repair and extension, general planning services (subject to credit approval)

Repair and expansion, general planning service (subject to credit approval).

The Schwandenwies double kindergarten was built in 1961 according to the plans of A. F. Sauter and A. Dirler as part of an overall development under Old Law. The kindergarten building is not included in the inventory of art and cultural-historical protected objects. Since the property has utilization reserves and the kindergarten children currently have to move to the Heumatt school complex for care, the facility is to be repaired for a further life cycle and expanded to include care. The plot is part of the nature and landscape conservation object Köschenrüti, Reckenholz, Chatzenbach, Seebach, which is why the integration into the landscape, the planting concept and the protection of the tree population are of particular importance and the footprint of the building should be increased as little as possible.
