The subject of the order is the general technical planning of the new building of a fire fighting equipment house with an ambulance station in Beckum. According to current considerations, the usable area is around 1,100 square meters, the required open spaces / outdoor facilities around 4,000 square meters. The undeveloped property is on Wickingstrasse in Neubeckum, for which the development plan is currently being drawn up. The development takes place via Wickingstrasse, all vehicles, emergency vehicles and cars drive from there to the property. When deployed, the direct exit onto the L882 is used. A warning signal is expected to be given by a flashing light. The property falls from Wickingstrasse to Dyckerhoffstrasse by approx. 1.80 m. From the fire brigade exit, the site is balanced, as far as is reasonable. The waste water is drained via Wickingstrasse. If this is not possible, a channel near the L 882 may be used. For this, however, the country road must be crossed. The rainwater can be drained in piping on Dyckerhoffstrasse. This ends in a receiving water. Rain retention for the sealed areas is required on the property.

Walls and roof in aluminum sandwich construction Roof turrets for natural ventilation of the hall. Eight gates, as sectional or folding gate, underfloor heating or ceiling panel heating, oil separator.
2) Rescue service vehicle hangar: Reinforced concrete and masonry:
Cladding made of aluminum sandwich panels. Two gates, as sectional or up-and-over gate. Floor heating or ceiling panel heating.
3) Remaining parts of the building for the rescue service and fire brigade: reinforced concrete and masonry:

Technical equipment of medium standard
Heating system as a gas condensing boiler or as an air heat pump or as a combination of roof surfaces can be equipped with a photovoltaic system if necessary.

The aim is to maintain a total cost budget of around EUR 4.0 million net.
The award procedure is intended to find a planning office or working group that, as a general specialist planner, provides the services in accordance with II.1.4).
The architectural services are provided by the building management of the city of Beckum, the general specialist planner undertakes to fully coordinate his planning services internally and to carry out the planning and execution process in close and continuous coordination with the building management.
The general specialist planner advises the building management of the city of Beckum in the context of planning with regard to the issues of sustainability and the use of renewable energies in technical and economic terms, taking into account the cost budget.
Planning is scheduled to begin immediately after the award procedure has been completed. Completion and handover to the user is planned for the end of 2023 or beginning of 2024 at the latest.
