The Contract is for the provision of mechanical & electrical services to the Accord Group. The Contract will be for a period of 3 years, with the potential to extend for a further 2 years. The Contract will be brokendown into 3 lots:

— lifts & lift maintenance services,

— fire & security & associated services,

— doors & door entry systems (including warden call & gates & bollards).

Suppliers registered with Constructionline must provide their Constructionline reference number to be excempt from providing copies of financial turnover and insurance only.
