2.1. The Contractor shall provide for the provision of painting and decorating services at the Premises, which shall typically include, but not be limited to, the following (the “Services”):

2.1.3. Joinery

2.1.4. Radiators

2.1.5. Ceilings

2.1.6. Floors

2.1.7. External woodwork

2.1.8. External walls

2.1.9. Handrails and/or railings

2.1.10. Internal and external doors

2.1.11. Metal work

2.1.12. Spray paint
