We wish to appoint a designer for the drawing up of a lighting plan Genk Centrum. This appointment takes place in two phases. In the first phase, a selection is made of possible designers. In the second phase (award phase), further negotiations with the selected candidates are carried out through a negotiated procedure to be launched.

This selection guide relates to the first phase, namely the selection of designers.

The present selection guide explains the award procedure to arrive at the appointment of a lighting designer for the realization of the project "drawing up a lighting plan for Genk-Centrum as well as supervising the phased realization of this lighting plan".
